\nWe were thrilled to celebrate 2024 with many of you at our recent annual Cocktail Reception! If you were there\, you may have heard me mention that the Hispanic Affinity Forum (HAF) is getting a refresh for 2025. We&rsquo\;re excited to build on our past success and embrace new opportunities to better support your Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)\, which play a vital role in enriching workplace culture by fostering meaningful connections and engagement.
\nOver the years\, HAF has evolved from in-person gatherings to virtual meetings\, with a focus on sharing best practices\, resources\, tools\, and networking opportunities. Now\, as we plan for the future\, we want \;your input \;on what would make HAF even more valuable going forward.

\nWhile &ldquo\;good&rdquo\; is nice\, we&rsquo\;re aiming for GREAT&mdash\;and we want HAF to be GREAT for YOU. Will you join us on November 19 at Noon via Zoom to help shape the future of HAF (and maybe even give it a new name!) for 2025 and beyond?
