Osmary Contreras has been named a finalist for the 2025 Allied Construction Industries She Builds Aw

Osmary Contreras, a Project Manager at Jostin Construction, has been recognized for her leadership on some of our region’s most complex and high-profile projects, including the Cincinnati Convention Center Reinvention, FC Cincinnati’s TQL Stadium, and the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens’ Elephant Trek. Her ability to coordinate diverse teams, navigate challenges, and deliver excellence on these transformational builds reflects her calm, solutions-oriented leadership style.

The She Builds Award honors women in construction who are breaking barriers, creating space for others, and leading through mentorship and advocacy. Osmary embodies that spirit through her five years of involvement with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Cincinnati Chapter and her ongoing mentorship of emerging professionals, empowering the next generation of builders to thrive.
